The 2008 Culinary Adventure will be held on Monday, October 27 at the Sheraton Eatontown.  

This outstanding food & wine tasting, sponsored by CPC Behavioral Healthcare, is a feast for your senses with over 25 restaurants serving up a gourmet tasting of their finest dishes. The “appetizer” for this fundraising event is a special presentation by a celebrity chef or “foodie.” Over the past several years, attendees have enjoy the culinary humor of Arthur Schwartz, New York's leading food critic, cookbook author and radio personality; New York City's hottest chef, David Burke, co-owner of davidburke & donatella in New York City; and Cajun chef Scott Landry, who hails from Lake Charles deep in the heart of Cajun Country in Southwest Louisiana. The 2007 Culinary Adventure featured the talents of acclaimed pastry chef Nick Malgieri. 

All proceeds from this fundraiser, hosted by the CPC Foundation, will benefit those in need of counseling programs provided by CPC Behavioral Healthcare.

The fun-filled event includes lavish Gift & Silent Auctions, CPC's Handmade Quilt Raffle, and book signing. For 20 years, CPC's dedicated quilters have created a beautiful handmade queen-size quilt that is truly a labor of love. The 2007 “Shade Garden Sampler” quilt will be on display on Sept. 8 at the Ocean Grove Festival; on Sept. 9 at the Red Bank Street Fair; and at the Colts Neck Fair on Sept. 29-30 at Bucks Mill Park, 105 Bucks Mill Road in Colts Neck. Ticket books (10) for $20 are available. Held at The Sheraton in Eatontown Country Club in Eatontown, the food tasting is from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Advance registration is recommended, however walk-ins will be accommodated on a space available basis. Tickets are $75 per person.
