What your EASTERN MONMOUTH AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION has accomplished since 1999.

Through the generosity of EMACC members like you, the Foundation has:

RAISED AND DISTRIBUTED $80,000 IN SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS to worthy applicants in our Eastern Monmouth area.

2008 Scholarship Recipients

These students, and future recipients, qualified in one of the three unique categories the Foundation has established for its awards:
• Upperclass students facing additional expenses.
• Adult student returning to school (adult is defined as 25 years or older.)
• Vocational student continuing their pursuit of vocational education.

YOU CAN HELP
In 2008 the Foundation awarded 16 scholarships.  This year our goal is to increase that number scholarships. We are asking all chamber members for assistance in raising funds for our scholarship awards. Most funds are raised at the Chamber's Spinnaker Awards Silent Auction. We can use service or product donations, your time and talent in preparing the gifts for auction and/or your tax-deductible donations.
